Good evening all!
Okay, tonight I have some very special auctions to share! I am auctioning off ACEO prints of ALL of my sexy jesters this week, and each jester auction will start at just $0.99, with my usual free shipping!
The two I currently have listed are as follows:

Again, these are small prints (ACEOs are art trading cards measuring 2.5" x 3.5") of my original illustrations. Each one is slightly hand embellished, then cold laminated, signed on the back...lovely little collectors items! There will be more of them listed for auction in the days to follow, and again...each listing for these little teases will start at just $0.99!
Now, what else do I have up my sleeve...Oh, yes...remember the other day when I was showing off my little posable bunny dolls? Well, I have another set of dolls available, but these are...not as friendly LOL! They are my "L'il Reaper" felt dolls, and they come in sets of two with a reversible pouch...Instead of the wooden beads for heads, they have little skull beads! Creepy and kinda cute, too, I guess...It's all relative anyhow!

And lastly, but not least(ly) LOL!! My BRAND NEW dragon painting! I painted this one today, in about 4 hours, from start to finish...I have named him "Radioactive", and he is a little bit cute and a little bit tweaked out...must be all that radiation! (Don't worry, he is not ACTUALLY radioactive!) This dragon painting is small at 5" x 7", but is full of character! He is currently listed in my darklingemily etsy shop. Now, I am off to get a fresh stack of zombie limericks books cut, folded, sewn, and ready to go out in the mail...Also, embellishing some more ACEO prints, and *trying* to get some new limericks written and illustrated...It is waaaay past time for a "volume 3"!

Sunday, Sunday...:)
Let me see here...what do I have to write about...Oh, yes! I have put up an ORIGINAL dragon painting on eBay (I listed him yesterday)..."Nite Lite" has been living in my darklingemily etsy shop, but I have moved him over to an eBay auction...Which is bonus for y'all, because he is a little less than half the price he was before! Of course, this is an auction format listing, and he starts at just $15.00, free shipping, so it could potentially go higher...But still, you could get a really good deal on this ORIGinal painting!
(blah blah blah!!) Anyway, "Nite Lite" is a great big green dragon, curled around an entire kingdom castle, because he is a tired dragon and wants to fall asleep (he even has heavy eyelids!) but he is a wee bit afraid of the dark! Since my last post, I have managed to get my newest "sexy jester" pin up completed. "Pumpkin Pie" is a mixed media illustration, featuring one of my jesters sitting atop a great big piece of delicious pumpkin pie, and behind her is a really big pumpkin! I am not offering the original for sale (yet, perhaps eventually I will), and sadly she is not posted in my website art gallery yet, but if you would like a print or poster of her, please feel free to email me with your preference of poster (11" x 14" for $19.95) or limited edition print (8" x 10" hand embellished, numbered, + signed) and I would be more than happy to get one to you!

And...Some rather poopy news...I know a while back I mentioned something about having a tutorial I wrote (how to make your own journals) getting published in Faerie Magazine. Well, it was supposed to be published in the Summer 2009 issue (which was late getting to the presses, and did not in fact come out until September)...I am sad to announce that I am NOT in there.
I had a whole shpeel written out that was a bit of a "wag of the finger", but thought that maybe I should just be polite and professional and not even bother with crabbing about it. I will say this one thing, as a smart cookie, a reader, consumer, and lover of fantasy and all other art and literature...Faerie Magazine could be a better publication than it is, and quite frankly I am glad that they left me out of their magazine, seeing as I dont find them to be very on point.
Rest assured,the first shpeel was much less nice about all this, but even still, very tame compared to what I would really like to say...However, in the words of Forrest Gump, "That's all I have to say about that." ;)

I dont know what is wrong with me today, it is still very early in the evening and I am REALLY tired...Looks like it will be bedtime soon!
I have a brand new tiny dragon painting to show off tonight...It is an ACEO (art card, measures 3.5" x 2.5"), and an ORIGINAL at that!
"Bearded" is a wee little green dragon guy, with an apparent amount of wisdom; at least it looks as such by the way he is sitting, with his dragon beard!

I have finally gotten around to doing a big inventory check on my darklingemily etsy shop, and over the next few weeks I will be re-introducing a lot of journals, scrapbook sets, note cards, and other hand made paper goodies, in addition to my ever growing "Fantasy Art" section!
Now I have to inventory my littlezombietoes etsy shop, and add some more zombie stuff! I am afraid the Cartoon Aquarium series has overtaken my monsters LOL! But, that will have to wait until tomorrow, as I am dead tired :P

Too busy and frazzled to post a very long blog tonight...:(
BUT!! I did finish "Fire Dragon"- the paintings of elemental dragons series- and the listing is under the picture (of course!)

I really like this one, though I did struggle with it for many many layers before I was at all content with it...
Very candy corn/halloween...yet still warm. Don't touch, HOT! LOL! Okay, enough silliness, I am off to get some things in order and perhaps get some new t shirt designs started...!
